The Cowichan Valley Regional District is now accepting applications for a regular part time Rink Supervisor position at the Kerry Park Recreation Centre in the South Cowichan Recreation Division within the Community Services Department. Reporting to the Programs and Marketing Coordinator or designate and supervised by recreation programming staff, the Rink Supervisor oversees the operation and supervision of arena recreation activities and programming, private rentals and special events.

Guaranteed 20 hours of work per week, which are scheduled based on operational need and will be required to work a flexible variety of shifts including days & evenings on weekdays, weekends, statutory holidays, and school professional development days. NOTE: this position is subject to annual layoff from April through July.
This non-union position has a wage range in two steps, $24.66 - $25.94 per hour (2025 rates), plus 5.2% in lieu of statutory holidays, as per the Non-Union Wage Scale. Benefits are also included as part of this position.
