The Cowichan Valley Regional District is now accepting applications for the regular full-time Corporate Records Analyst II position in the Corporate Records Section of the Legislative Services Division within the Corporate Services Department.
Reporting to the Manager - Corporate Records, the Corporate Records Analyst II provides support for the development, implementation, and ongoing operation of the Corporate Records Management (RM) program in accordance with established procedures and the direction of the Manager - Corporate Records. This position is responsible for the completion of support requests through a ticketing system as well as performing a variety of technical and support tasks including handling and maintaining data, providing technical support to users, providing training, analyzing and resolving problems, and providing advice; acting as a department Records Coordinator; and assisting with records searches in response to requests.

Guaranteed 35 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and eligible for flex time. This position may be required to attend some evening and weekend meetings.
Where operationally appropriate and subject to change, the CVRD has a Work From Home program. This program allows staff to work remotely, with the number of remote days per week determined by operational requirements, from locations that are a daily commutable distance from their work at a CVRD worksite. This position works from the CVRD's main office in Duncan, BC, and at this time, is eligible to be part of the Work From Home program, potentially working a hybrid in-office / remote schedule after a successful in-office training period.
Wage rate in 3 steps as per the Collective Agreement between the CVRD and CUPE Local 358, $42.33 - $43.57 - $44.88 per hour (2025 rates). Benefits are included as per the CUPE Collective Agreement.
