A regular full time Theatre Facilitator position is available in the Arts & Culture Division within the Community Services Department at the Cowichan Valley Regional District (CVRD). Reporting to the Manager, Arts and Culture Division, the Theatre Facilitator assists the manager with organizing theatre operations and works collaboratively with division staff to provide specialized facilitation and administrative support for all shows, rentals & events held at Cowichan Performing Arts Centre (CPAC) and within the Arts & Culture Division.

Guaranteed 35 hours of work per week. Due to nature of the work, it will be necessary to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends. This position is eligible for flex time. This position is eligible for partial Work-From-Home consideration.
Wage rate as per the Collective Agreement between the CVRD and IATSE Local 168, $36.47 per hour (2023 rates). Benefits are included as per the IATSE Collective Agreement.
